I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a car. After months of research, I finally decided on a GMC Terrain. After requesting price quotes from several GMC dealerships in the L market for a car. After months of research, I finally decided on a GMC Terrain. After requesting price quotes from several GMC dealerships in the L.A. area, I took the best quote to Cerritos GMC, and without hesitation they beat it. They even honored the trade-in value from AutoTrader.com after they inspected it. I spent 30 minutes at the dealer for the test drive, at which point I dropped off my quote from the other dealer and the AutoTrader quote for my trade-in. The rest of the negotiations/details were over email or phone. 2 days later, I dropped in to pick up my car, sign paperwork and drove off in my new family car. Because I was pressed for time (as I usually am) I told them not to worry about the full tank of gas. They insisted that I come back and they would fill up my tank for me. I returned the following and they kept their word and filled up my tank. The intenet management team at Cerritos GMC provided by far the smoothest, most hassle-free car experience that I have ever had. More
