I purchased a 2007 cadillac cts-v from this dealership and am totally disappointed in the quality of the car sold to me. I have a written statement from Matt L stating the car was mechanically sound. I have owned the car for three weeks and it has been in the shop for 10 days. When delivered the transmission was not working properly and is currently being replaced. NO RESPONSE from dealership on the unsafe car they sold me. More

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a car. After months of research, I finally decided on a GMC Terrain. They even honored the trade-in value from AutoTrader.com after they inspected it. I spent 30 minutes at the dealer for the test drive, at which point I dropped off my quote from the other dealer and the AutoTrader quote for my trade-in. The rest of the negotiations/details were over email or phone. 2 days later, I dropped in to pick up my car, sign paperwork and drove off in my new family car. Because I was pressed for time (as I usually am) I told them not to worry about the full tank of gas. They insisted that I come back and they would fill up my tank for me. I returned the following and they kept their word and filled up my tank. The intenet management team at Cerritos GMC provided by far the smoothest, most hassle-free car experience that I have ever had. More
