after having my car 4 hours wheels were not rotated because they didn't find wheel lock which was left exactly where I was told to leave it! So instead of calling and asking where it was, they just did because they didn't find wheel lock which was left exactly where I was told to leave it! So instead of calling and asking where it was, they just didn't rotate my tires (it was in the cup holder visible) my windshield wipers weren't changed because rep. forgot to call and check to see if it was covered in my contract (they were). All the excuses were in the email notes by the way... Wasted my day off for nothing, oh they actually changed my oil. I also asked about a plastic burning smell, and they said it was nothing later to find a plastic bag stuck melting on my muffler. I didn't bother to call and complain my time can't be returned. I did tell Stephanie how irritated I was but hey it is what it is I will not be visiting this location again. I avoided the dealer where I purchased my car because I got wrong warranty information, so I was disappointed in that one too. Taking the day off to get a service you paid for and not getting it is exhausting as a working mom my time is valuable. More
