after having my car 4 hours wheels were not rotated because they didn't find wheel lock which was left exactly where I was told to leave it! All the excuses were in the email notes by the way... Wasted my day off for nothing, oh they actually changed my oil. I also asked about a plastic burning smell, and they said it was nothing later to find a plastic bag stuck melting on my muffler. I didn't bother to call and complain my time can't be returned. I did tell Stephanie how irritated I was but hey it is what it is I will not be visiting this location again. I avoided the dealer where I purchased my car because I got wrong warranty information, so I was disappointed in that one too. Taking the day off to get a service you paid for and not getting it is exhausting as a working mom my time is valuable. More
