As you drive up, all the service reps have their doors close which is not a friendly environment, it’s like no one acknowledges that u are there. She just kept forwarding me to the same voicemail, then later said someone would call me back. Later learned it was a system error from the service department not receiving any messages. I’m not one to write bad reviews but it was very disappointing, given this was the dealership I did business with. Adrianna could’ve done more with less attitude. Otherwise, this idea of customer service is just terrible. More
