After getting there, it took the sales person nearly an hour to tell us that the truck was not on site and they could not locate the truck For the truck at the store in Torrance and gave me an out the door number that I found acceptable the following day I came back on Saturday purchase truck. They said it would be on site and instead wasted five hours of my evening and ride coordinating to find out that there was a couple of recalls on the truck and would not be able to be delivered I was told that the truck would be delivered first thing, which I received update halfway through the day on Monday, and did not end up picking it up until Tuesday morning since the vehicle is not ready until Monday night around 6 PM Already done credit application on Saturday night, but had to redo it Tuesday morning, and the whole process just painfully long and I feel like this dealership could sell twice as many cars if they streamlined the paperwork and communicative of the process The price was fair on the truck, which I am happy about, but I would personally never go back to this dealership unless there was another good price break on the next vehicle. More

Horrible. It took 3 days to get an appointment. I always schedule online but i was not able to do it. So I send a message to schedule an appointment. The next It took 3 days to get an appointment. I always schedule online but i was not able to do it. So I send a message to schedule an appointment. The next day someone called me I missed the call and they left a message to call back. I called back no answer so i left a message with desire time and day I needed an appointment. No one called back. So I called the dealership and it was an automated system that took a long time and got some of the information wrong. Then the day of the service unfortunately I got Donald to help me and he is the worse. He is rude and to top it off he refused to let me use the coupon i had because he had already done the invoice we asked if he can just redo it and he said no. What good are the emails with the coupons with a link to schedule if nothing works. The appointment system and this employee refused. I have been going to this dealership for about 10 years and i never had this problem until now that Donald has been assisting me. More

The dealership overall is very good. I am not totally satisfied with the results of the service done on my car involving the left head lamp system. Mr Moreno, my service contact, explained the reason for this, and has expressed a possible solution when I am ready to replace the right headlamp. I appreciate his understanding.
