It should not take almost 3 hours to perform a simple oil change and software update. I can definitely understand why people would opt to go to other companies (Jiffy Lube, etc.) to perform oil changes. Jiff change and software update. I can definitely understand why people would opt to go to other companies (Jiffy Lube, etc.) to perform oil changes. Jiffy Lube respects my time and an oil change takes less than 30 minutes. Unless there is a recall, I will be getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube from now on. More
