The actual buying experience went fine. Great even. However I have had issues with the car since day 1. This dealer has done nothing to fix it. The departments clearly don't communic Great even. So instead I waited two hours for them to fix the issue because I was told the part had come in just to be told the part hadn't come in. If I do buy a Toyota again it's definitely not this dealer. The Penn dealership provides a computer at his desk that makes the options and pricing easy to follow. Luis was also a true gentleman exhibiting genuine politeness and concern. We also were introduced to Mr Penn who was very supportive and spoke sincerely that he would greatly appreciate having us as a Penn customer.
