Just be serious that you want to purchase or lease a vehicle and Tommy will work with you to get your needs met. I loved working with Tommy because he is straightforward and honest. No pressure and no stress! That's what you really need in a salesperson. My husband and I were very excited to get what we wanted at the price that worked for us and we received the car the same day! The environment itself is very welcoming. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly. Some times people are reluctant to take their kids to buy a car because they may receive backlash from the people at the dealership but at Penn Toyota they are very welcoming and understanding. Even the Managers are friendly towards kids and they even get personable with their customers. It was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy or lease a Toyota. I will definitely be back in the future. More

Stayed in constant contact with me so i always knew what was going on. Vehicle was delivered in a climate controlled area of their showroom. Typically, when I buy/lease a vehicle I know more about that vehicle than anyone at the dealership. Let me tell you Sean knows his Tacoma's like the back of his hand. So happy with the entire process I'm going back for a Sienna for the wife!! More

We were also considering used cars although we are usually biased to new ones. This is our third Toyota and we have been pleased with them all. We made the final decision based on features and looks. The car came in within 10 days of order and we had to quickly get rid of the one we were selling. Unfortunately a good trade-in was not available to us. Shaun was always available and incredibly helpful to us in the decision-making process and is delivery. I plan to ask him for more help soon!
