Don't care about customers at all! Terrible customer service. Made an appointment 2 months in advance for them to order a part. Easy experience Went in for a recall repair and worked with Andy Girdhari, who was very friendly and quick. He made the process simple and efficient. I dropped the car off at around 9 in the morning and picked it up around 4 for two recall repairs plus a general check up. Andy was even more energetic and amiable when I went to pick up the car. Cool guy. Only issue was that the service guys left my hood open, which is understandable because the primary latch is really fickle/corroded from age and usually a pain in the butt to close. But it would have been nice if they had let me know, considering I hopped on the highway right after. More
