When I drove to Peltier Subaru it looked clean, organized and efficient. The cars looked shiny and clean. Next, The staff was friendly, happy and working hard. Third ,my salesman, Niko was knowledgeable of the cars.He had the 2 cars I was interested in pulled up to the front door. (The internet sales team was great too. The text, emails were helpful! Even a video clip of the salesman. As soon as I drove up, I felt I wasn't talking to a stranger! ) Good! psychology 😊 I asked Niko how tall he was. 6'2". Same hight as my grandson.I asked if he could get in the back seat, so I could see if my Grandson could fit. Looked like pleanty of knee room! Thx! More

This is the worst dealership. And is NON-HANDICAP Accessible. We drove 90+ miles to look at 3 models of vehicles. 1st thing: unable to get close to vehicles without salesman brin And is NON-HANDICAP Accessible. We drove 90+ miles to look at 3 models of vehicles. 1st thing: unable to get close to vehicles without salesman bringing the vehicle to you. #2 My husband is unable to walk very far without sitting or using a walker or cane. #3 The vehicles are priced far to high, used and new. #4 What they show online is far more than what they actually have on hand. The young salesman was actually quite nice and knowledge of the vehicles. But the entire experience was very disappointing and discouraging. The other dealerships thru Peletier put this one to a disgusting shame. Will not be recommending this Subaru dealership to anyone. More

I like the service department they would call me throughout the day to let me know approximately how much longer they would have my car. They discovered that I needed new brakes and that the rotors throughout the day to let me know approximately how much longer they would have my car. They discovered that I needed new brakes and that the rotors on the front needed turning. I learned that they don't perform this work at the dealership anymore and they had to send it out to complete the job. Had I known that I would have had it done in Palestine where I live. I suppose I won't return it to them any more for those kinds of repairs. More
Not sure how I can recommend this dealership. I had a great buying experience, but Jacob is no longer there. The finance guy was decent enough, Sorry, can;t recall his name. I was paying cash, so not a lot of interaction on that part. The service is very suspect. They try to sell every service they can, and you have to be on your game to know what is their selling of service or Subaru's recommendation. I don;t like that, and just don;t get a feeling of trust from them. Unfortunately, I will have to use them since they are the only thing anywhere close. If it gets frustrating enough, I'll walk and find someone else to do my service. More
