Great cars; great people Kelly Bates and everyone else that I had to deal with was great to deal with. The last dealership I purchased my last vehicle from was good, don't get Kelly Bates and everyone else that I had to deal with was great to deal with. The last dealership I purchased my last vehicle from was good, don't get me wrong, but a little off putting. Here everything was casual, but professional. Mr. Bates had no issue clarifying questions I had, or even bringing up situations I didn't know about just to ensure there was no problems later on. This is a great dealership, and the team I worked with on getting my new 2018 Shelby GT350 off the showroom floor was excellent. Carol made the signing process at the end very fast, smooth, and simple as well. It was a great experience all around from when I picked up the phone and made the first call. Not to mention the price of the car was phenomenal, seeing as how it was BELOW MSRP value! The finance manager I also had the pleasure of working with was also too the point, but didn't try to force anything that I did ask for. More
