We walked in and Joel greeted us very quickly and helped us find the vehicles we were interested in. He brought them to us so we didn’t have to walk out to them and answered all of our questions, going out of his way to provide as much information as possible. The process was smooth, easy, and hassle free! We found some concerns with the vehicle and they were great about working with us to get the concerns resolved in a timely manner. The transfer from Joel to Paul (the awesome finance man) was hassle free, too! Paul provides us options and went over all of them with us to ensure we were doing what was best for us. We weren’t rushed and he provided great recommendations and insight into the finance options we had. We were very pleased with our service and love our new vehicle!
