I was pretty hesitant to call, because I hadn’t experienced the same issue the next morning. & I’m just a girl, so what do I know? I decided to call anyways, & was assisted by Paul. He recommended that I bring my car in for a test drive. I honestly expected the whole, “nothing is wrong, it’s all in your head” speech. So, to have an advisor that took it serious, was very appreciated. Low & behold, my transmission failed. They were quick to get it changed for me & kept me in the loop! Side note: ALL OF THEIR SERVICE ADVISORS ARE AMAZING. All are professional, attentive, and informative! Keep it up Service drive! More
