The people in service department was nice but the techs that work in service need help they need more training I can't believe it takes 3 hours for a oil change and wheel alignment when the service departm that work in service need help they need more training I can't believe it takes 3 hours for a oil change and wheel alignment when the service department says about an hour also the last time I was there the tech cross threat my bolts on my wheel when doing tire rotation and had to snap the studs off and replace them. They need more training. More
