Not the same I have been going to Pedder Nissan since I bought my car. Today was the worst. My service advisor was new and clueless. I asked only for an oil cha I have been going to Pedder Nissan since I bought my car. Today was the worst. My service advisor was new and clueless. I asked only for an oil change. They called an hour later to say I needed spark plugs and a battery for $450. I said no. When I arrived an hour later, my paperwork was not ready, he didn’t know where my car was and told me the keys where in it when they were on his desk right in front of him. They have had major turn over of their service advisors and it shows. They either lost or let go of the good ones. I now feel I’m going to get ripped off when I go there. I won’t be going back. More
