Poor leadership dealing with hearing impaired customers My vehicle was towed to Pedder Nissan as tow driver suspected an alternator failure. After successfully charged and tow to service center avoiding me My vehicle was towed to Pedder Nissan as tow driver suspected an alternator failure. After successfully charged and tow to service center avoiding mechanical breakdown. As instructed waiting time 2-3 hours due to large volume of service. Unfortunately advisor unavailable for length of time failed to address my attention acknowledge kept in waiting area for 3.5 hours over “bad battery”. I would not attend this service center for mishandling and dealt with hearing impaired/hard of hearing recipient. More
