I'm happy with the service on my car and very happy with the great customer service I received from Paul. What I'm not happy about is that it takes 90 mins to do a 30 min job and the poor service I received the great customer service I received from Paul. What I'm not happy about is that it takes 90 mins to do a 30 min job and the poor service I received from Barbara, she's not likeable, has a mad look on her face and speaks with the fewest words possible, obviously Barbara didn't go to the Customer Service Training that Paul went to. I can go anywhere for my oil change and if people act like Barbara, I certainly will be going somewhere else. More

The whole buying experience took way too long. It seemed like they were doing us a favor by selling us the vehicle. The non-optional fees (even with a true car discount) were obnoxious. $400 for nitrogen-fi like they were doing us a favor by selling us the vehicle. The non-optional fees (even with a true car discount) were obnoxious. $400 for nitrogen-filled tires (which they were probably not since one of the tires was 6psi higher than the others). They said, “the owner doesn’t let us change this stuff. I would but my name isn’t on the building” Thank god I went through true car which outlined the fees, the original dealer fees (which weren’t broken down) were originally more than $1000 more with the original numbers that took an hour to run. With the true car numbers, it took another 30 minutes. It took us over 3 hours to get things done. Every step it was hurry up and wait. This was the worst dealer experience I have had in years. Also, the salesperson wasn’t wearing a mask. He was constantly calling me “bro”. Overall not a satisfactory experience. Obviously this dealership doesn’t care that there’s a pandemic going on nor that their sales staff is professions. If I could have found the model I was interested in with the same options elsewhere I would have walked out. Avoid the dealer if you can. More
