I called and asked to speak with the service manager and was on hold for 11 minutes for them to say he was at lunch and I never received a call back. This was my 1st time having problems with my car. I drop was on hold for 11 minutes for them to say he was at lunch and I never received a call back. This was my 1st time having problems with my car. I dropped it off friday but was unable to receive a rental till tuesday. I was told it was one thing and all these email had to be sent and work be approved to find out it was something totally different. I didn't work with anyone that was on these ratings. Nothing on my radio display was visable after I received my car back. I called immediately and was asked to come back and all he did was push the screen and u could barely see anything. After working 12 hr days I was exhausted and didn't push the issue. Unsure needs to be an mlm option when rating More

AS OF TODAY JULY 15TH 2020, I WAS MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE WITH PEDDER NISSAN. HAD A 9:00 AM APPOINTMENT TO CHECK OUT MY BRAKES. WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 1 AND A H WITH THE OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE WITH PEDDER NISSAN. HAD A 9:00 AM APPOINTMENT TO CHECK OUT MY BRAKES. WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 1 AND A HALF HOURS?. WAITED UNTIL 12:00 PM NOON TO SEE IF MY CAR WAS READY, AND IT HADNT EVEN BEEN PULLED INTO THE GARAGE YET!!!. ONLY FOR THE MECHANICS TO NOW TAKE IT IN. WITHIN 10 MINUTES THEY TOLD ME MY BRAKES WERE FINE!! I SAT IN THE HOT HEAT OF HEMET,CA FOR SOMETHING THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME HOURS BEFORE!!.
