I got my oil changed but they never washed my vehicle like they are supposed to do once you have any service done they said they had to let all of their porters go because of COVID. I called and asked to speak with the service manager and was on hold for 11 minutes for them to say he was at lunch and I never received a call back. This was my 1st time having problems with my car. I dropped it off friday but was unable to receive a rental till tuesday. I was told it was one thing and all these email had to be sent and work be approved to find out it was something totally different. I didn't work with anyone that was on these ratings. Nothing on my radio display was visable after I received my car back. I called immediately and was asked to come back and all he did was push the screen and u could barely see anything.
