Been trying for 10 days to get anyone to talk to me to solve an issue with a recent purchase. Horrible after sales service. No word in a week from Pedder on this issue after I was assured on the phone that the matter would be taken care of. Was charged $799 for Nitro fill. Again no option to leave this. Car is a certified Nissan Used Vehicle but the infotainment system has major issues. No way it could have passed any reasonable inspection as the radio settings are wiped after you switch the car off. Overall, an extremely dissapointing experience. More

It took 6 hours to have my car serviced oil change and tire rotation. Also have the transmission inspected for shuttering they said it was fine and reset the computer as soon as I turned the corner my c tire rotation. Also I asked to check my tie rods because the last time I had it serviced the girl who was my service advisor said my serpentine belt was cracked as well as my control arms this time everything was fine. I think it's all a scam to get money. Also the time before they said my warranty had stopped at 60k miles but I purchased a 7 yr and 100k mile warranty and yesterday all of a sudden my warranty was that. No one seems to know exactly what they are talking about. More
