Quick and Prompt I had a very quick and efficient experience. The team who assisted me was very courteous. The only thing that needs improvement and quickly is the Nissa guest waiting lounge. The place is DIRTY, cold, no TV nor magazines for entertainment. Amenities need to be provided.... at the very least water. That same day I took my Rogue to Nissan and my Corolla across the street. While I waited for the Corolla my daughter and I were given fresh doughnuts, pastries, an assortment of granola bars, fresh coffee and bottled water! Nissan offered nothing but a cold waiting area 😞 More
