In the past, I wasn’t all that impressed with the service center as I found some of the staff to be arrogant and flat out rude. I was given some free oil changes when I purchased my new car, so I figured I would use one. I made an appt for an oil change (same day) and I was in and out of there within an hour. They were short staffed up at the check-in counter, but the ladies working were doing a great job in making people feel valued and understood. One customer was really unruly because she felt entitled to be served before the rest of us waiting in line and they handled her with kindness and respect, despite her pompous attitude and ridiculous demands. Kudos to Pedder, for some great service and a pleasant atmosphere. More

Power to Change Time had come to change out the original battery in my 2019 Versa Note. Appointment not met by appointer We walk in for our appointment and we are confused with someone else. Once I tell them why we are here, there were no notes left on why we there. We leave our vehicle for what was promised and when we get the call that's completed, it wasn't. We had to bring up what we found prior to seeing the person for our vehicle. We go see a representative and show them what we see and asked why. The answer we get is the person is at lunch and won't be back until this time. Unprofessional, and just bad business. More
