In the past, I wasn’t all that impressed with the service center as I found some of the staff to be arrogant and flat out rude. I was given some free oil changes when I purchased my new car, so I figured I would use one. I made an appt for an oil change (same day) and I was in and out of there within an hour. They were short staffed up at the check-in counter, but the ladies working were doing a great job in making people feel valued and understood. One customer was really unruly because she felt entitled to be served before the rest of us waiting in line and they handled her with kindness and respect, despite her pompous attitude and ridiculous demands. Kudos to Pedder, for some great service and a pleasant atmosphere. More

Power to Change Time had come to change out the original battery in my 2019 Versa Note. I discovered that AAA has no replacement for this year/model so I came back to Time had come to change out the original battery in my 2019 Versa Note. I discovered that AAA has no replacement for this year/model so I came back to my dealer. While it took longer than was told, the job was done and they even included a discount for a coupon I hadn't received. All in all, a good ending with kind and courteous customer service. More
Appointment not met by appointer We walk in for our appointment and we are confused with someone else. Once I tell them why we are here, there were no notes left on why we there. We leave our vehicle for what was promised and when we get the call that's completed, it wasn't. We had to bring up what we found prior to seeing the person for our vehicle. We go see a representative and show them what we see and asked why. The answer we get is the person is at lunch and won't be back until this time. Unprofessional, and just bad business. More

Nicole, the advisor, was a total sweetheart. She was incredibly nice and kept checking in on me while I waited, but what really surprised me was the technician approached me and gave me highlights on what was deteriorating on my vehicle, what common issues I could expect soon with my Honda, and where I should go when those issues arise. Again, this was just an OIL CHANGE and nothing more, but I felt like they had actual concern for the health of my vehicle and desire to provide me with exceptional service. Certainly more so than other dealerships. More

Oil change I had an appointment at 9 am and was told it would tahe 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. It took approximately 2 1/2 hours before I wa I had an appointment at 9 am and was told it would tahe 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. It took approximately 2 1/2 hours before I was finally able to leave. I was told that my tires were too bald for a rotation. And after I had paid it took them over 10 minutes to find my car. There was no sticker put in my windshield letting me know the date and mileage my next oil change is due. I went to a tire store right after and they said my tires are good a least for a few more months. More
