The recent purchase I made was a Tuscon 2017 Limited with all trimmings available. I came to the dealership with a good idea of what I wanted. I provided those specs to Tamara, my sales consultant, and we went through inventory options to see what was available. Following a brief review of features and a test drive, we began negotiations. The process was a tad lengthy (but c'mon... you're not buying a toaster here), and after a few back-and-forth negotiations, we arrived at a fair price and terms. There was a slight miscommunication when I took the vehicle, but Tamara and Leslie rectified that very well. I left content with my experience and thus far am really enjoying my purchase. Poway Hyundai appears to offer deals slightly more competitively against other Hyundai dealers in the area. The sales staff I've worked with have been admittedly 'highly motivated' but not over-the-top pushy--they want you to leave with a car, but just be prepared to focus on what you want and stand your ground. Hyundai Poway will see to it that they're delivering to your expectations. More

Horrible Customer Service DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.  I'm not sure how others are getting service but this place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Sport a few days ago.  I had to set up an appointment to get the sealant put on the car. The first 2 calls went to unnamed phantom voicemails, and the third call went to a service advisor voicemail with no call back.  I finally reached someone on the 4th call. On top of that, a day after I purchased the vehicle, I found out that my work uses TrueCar service and we get discounts.  I called and left 2 messages and sent an e-mail asking to discuss this to see if anything can be done (not expecting that anything could but if you don't ask, you don't get...).  Neither messages nor my e-mail was returned.  I sent another e-mail on day 3....no response.  Day 4 I sent an e-mail through their website and left another message for the salesperson.  I received a callback from the finance gentleman I dealt with who stated my e-mail was in his junk file but he can now see it.  He can't help me but will have someone else call me back in an hour.  Guess what....no return call.   I sent a complaint on the dealer website and received an e-mail from the internet department that he would forward my complaint to management (the complaint was solely that I couldn't get anyone to call back).  Of course, no callback.  The internet department person did call me to see if anyone had followed up with me but of course they hadn't.  I left him a message a while ago and told him at this point I only want to hear from the GM......still no call. AGAIN, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
