So they recommended replacing the air filter, but no one told me while I was waiting. Had I known at the time I would have had them replace it. As soon as I pulled in, I was noticed by an Asian customer rep (I forgot his name) in less than 30 seconds. Jason was able to show me around and set me up within 5 minutes.
