Dishonest Service- Stay away. Technician ( Dan) on phone told me the problem I described on my 2012 Sonata (brake lights wouldn't turn off and car wouldnt accelerate properly) would take one day to diagnos told me the problem I described on my 2012 Sonata (brake lights wouldn't turn off and car wouldnt accelerate properly) would take one day to diagnose. He even told me he'd drive me to Enterprise to rent a car. Researched on internet and found it was a known recall which service failed to mention and my husband whose not a mechanic fixed it in 10 minutes with 10 dollar part from Amazon. Should have been performed at dealer for free, but at least didnt give them a day to rip me off. More

Great till after the test drive, then comes the markup. We were searching for a new Hyundai Palisade Limited, and using the Hyundai web site, found that the Poway dealership had two. We called and they confirmed they had the cars and scheduled an appointment. We showed up and were greeted by a friendly sales guy who proceeded to show us the car and go on a test drive. The first odd thing is the car was dirty, mud tracked in and on the seats, then we noticed the leather steering wheel was coming apart, but all fixable. We were considering buying it, I got out to look at the window sticker. I then noticed all the extra stuff they added, ok, annoyed. Then I see a second add on sticker, bumping the price $5000 above list. I see they already applied a $900 sealant, etc..., They pulled all the stops on this one. We confirmed they are asking $5K over sticker and yes, yes they are. As we walked away annoyed at the drive and wasted time he said they might be able to reduce the markup by $1000, to $4000 over sticker price. Thank you, but no. We then went to a well rated dealer the same day and purchased our Palisade Limited below sticker, no extra junk, and no markups. I would avoid Poway Hyundai, they will try to take you for all they can. I do feel bad for the sales guy, he didn't seem to have much to do with the markup. More

I said I have to go to but They pushed/forced me to signed the optional contract as a reservation before I leave and they said that I can cancel the contract within 48 hours. After 24 hours I really wanted to cancel the contract but they said I can’t do it because I already signed the contract, I was like “wth! I thought it’s optional” they said I didn’t signed for the optional contracts. They took advantage of me because I said I’m a first time buyer. And they said to me “The optional contract allows you to explore your own financing. If you don't bring us your financing, we use our financing. You denied the right to a cooling off period, which gives you a few days to cancel the contract.“ And they also threatened me that they will see me to the court. And then I reviewed the contract, I don’t even remember that I agree to include that GAP and Tracking device or the GPS on my contract. I didn’t understand the contract because they didn’t explained it to me very well. All I know is they’re the worst people I have ever known. They should give me the duplicate key to me, but one of them said that they don’t have the duplicate key which is very wrong! I asked again for the key, they’re really firmed that there’s no duplicates. I will never recommend this! More

Dishonest management I went to this dealer because my past experience was good. The salesman was very helpful in selecting a new car. We negotiated on the down payment for the new car. We decided on two checks: one to be cashed immediately and another to be cashed in two weeks. The finance department cashed both checks immediately the next day causing an several overcharges on my bank account. I went to back to the dealership where they recognized their mistake. The dealership manager promised to refund my bank charges or offer free services for the new car. I was fine with either choice. I asked him if I could call the next day. He insisted on calling me. It has been weeks. He still hasn’t called. There hasn’t been a refund or check delivered. Nothing. He LIED to me. He has been very dishonest. I’m buying a car next year for my daughter and I am not buying it from this dealership. I don’t recommend this place to anybody, including my family and friends. I don’t know the manager’s name but he has a beard. He was very dishonest. BEWARE. More

Right away I was greeted by Tamara who very warmly welcomed me and took care of all my needs. Along with James, I was able to get the car I wanted at a price that was within my budget.
