Juan & Desiree were very helpful to help us find the right vehicle for us. 10-stars for them - we enjoyed working with them. What we didn't enjoy was the unwanted, overpriced, sub-par dealer add-ons to right vehicle for us. 10-stars for them - we enjoyed working with them. What we didn't enjoy was the unwanted, overpriced, sub-par dealer add-ons to the vehicle that we couldn't take off. They charged $2500 over the asking price for this, which is just ridiculous. This is completely unnecessary and causes a bad customer experience. More
