I called my service advisor, Tony Espinosa, about my 2016 Hyundai Sonata having trouble with the automatic transmission. He immediately scheduled a repair appointment. I turned in the car and he provided me Hyundai Sonata having trouble with the automatic transmission. He immediately scheduled a repair appointment. I turned in the car and he provided me with transportation to a rental car agency while my car was being repaired. After it was repaired he was able to get it done even though there were supply train issues. I am happy with Tony's follow-up while the repairs were ongoing, and his possitive attitude. Friendly ,courteous ,expedient, and very helpful ,plus, went above and beyond my expected needs, to my surprise! They even washed my car, which was totally unexpected and a delightful surprise!
