This dealership in only a couple of miles from my home so it's super convenient for my pre-paid service plan. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. However, this is the 2nd service in a row wher it's super convenient for my pre-paid service plan. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. However, this is the 2nd service in a row where they did not perform a major part of the specified and scheduled service items. Thankfully, they did not charge for the missing services. I believe they just forgot to relay the service items, which are all written down in my CDRJ contract, over to their techs, or the techs just dropped the ball. In any event I have learned to review their completed service invoice to my original service order before picking up the vehicle in order to avoid a return trip to the dealer to address all the missed items. They have always been apologetic and made time to complete the missed items in a timely fashion but this type of repeated issue erodes my confidence in their work in general. More

Mr. Brumer quoted me an initial cost and indicated he would forward the quote via email, which never arrived. I made several phone calls to the Service Department (Pedder Jeep) over several days (2) and never received a call back from this Service Agent More
Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Took over 2 hours, was advised 45 mins. No communication from anyone at all while waiting. Finally got my car back and they did not perform the multi-point inspection (I have low fluids and was expecting them to be topped off), no documentation of the inspection. When I get my car home, smoke was coming out of my hood and had a burning smell. I call them back and they tell me the service tech had spilled oil over my engine bay and what was happening was oil burning off. They sprayed degreaser all over my engine bay and left it as that. Now I have degreaser stains all over my hood liner, scrape guards, fuse box, etc. Never going back. More
I waited 8 minutes in my truck before someone came out to take care of me. I had to call them right before closing to find out that the truck was ready. Very poor communication! take care of me. 2 1/2 hours for recall appointment then tech ran into wooden crate with my Limited 2500 Ram. Now I have a gash in my passenger side running board. Got to go back to get that fixed now. xxx! The service was excellent with customer service from (I believe her name is) Liz or Izzy at the service front counter .
