Worst customer service and experience ever sold me a piece of junk .. and no help from the service department in one year truck spent broken or @ dealership then @ home truck @ serving department for mo piece of junk .. and no help from the service department in one year truck spent broken or @ dealership then @ home truck @ serving department for months and every time I called no hep or answers on what’s going on with my truck … or I was told they would call me back .. THEY NEVER DID … unfair to pay all this money every month and truck doesn’t even work … and they keep giving me stupid excuses on my rental or what needed to get done to my truck … they sold me a lemon and did nothing to help me fix the problem… 3 different service employees working on my situation no longer worked there when I would call back to get information on what’s going on with my truck … service manager did nothing to help me also … this place a joke More

Dealers phone system is about useless. Way too many “ enter xx” for the xx department, and if the party you are calling does not answer after a ring or two, the system says “name is not a Way too many “ enter xx” for the xx department, and if the party you are calling does not answer after a ring or two, the system says “name is not available” and just stops with silence. Other issues here are related to the service department only. My 2014 diesel Cherokee Car with 52,100 miles had a recall for the high pressure fuel pump but had no parts to correct it. Then after 3 weeks+, they did replace the pump, but announced that some other part needed attention as well but they didn’t have that either. Now I get to drive around with TWO dashboard warning mesages displayed constantly. During the service, the oil was changed but that is one of the new service messages. I had asked to have a wood screw removed from the left rear tire & the tire checked for leaks. It doesn’t leak that I can tell, but the screw is still there. Service record states the issue was addressed. My only other issue is with a 2019 Cherokee purchased new in mid-2020. Car had no spare tire but the sales guy put one in the well. Of course dealership has been sold to Pedder Auto Group since then, and when I had need of the spare a few weeks ago, I discovered the wheel did not fit the car - slightly wrong bolt pattern & tire interference. It is a 17” tire rather than an 18” tire which the other 4 wheels use. Pedder service manager was not interested - said I could buy a new spare. So, I have a fine brand new tire that has not touched the ground in 2-1/2 years mounted on a wrong size aluminum Jeep wheel of a different design. Service “quality” seems OK at this point - at least it runs. It is what was requested and NOT done or complete yet that is at issue. More
