Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Took over 2 hours, was advised 45 mins. No communication from anyone at all while waiting. When I get my car home, smoke was coming out of my hood and had a burning smell. I call them back and they tell me the service tech had spilled oil over my engine bay and what was happening was oil burning off. They sprayed degreaser all over my engine bay and left it as that. Now I have degreaser stains all over my hood liner, scrape guards, fuse box, etc. Never going back. More
