Lube and Oil Change and Recalls After a bad experience with another dealer I started going to Poway CJDR. It's about a 20 mile drive for me. I have been here on four occasions, onc After a bad experience with another dealer I started going to Poway CJDR. It's about a 20 mile drive for me. I have been here on four occasions, once for lube and oil change and three times for recalls. In each instance I was immediately approached by a service writer and check in was fast and efficient. Estimated time for work completion was about spot on and I was notified while I was at a nearby restaurant that my truck was ready. Can't say anything negative because each experience was a very good one. I'll definitely be back for future servicing -- it's well worth the drive and extra time spent to go this far. More

If you are looking for great deal and a great buying experience come to Poway, you'll find the vehicle you want, with some of the best customer service in the business. We even had a small customer discrepancy between the vehicle we bought and another one we were looking at. Came back the next day it everything was made right. This dealership is the best hands down. Come to Poway Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Update: This dealership's service department is deplorable. They padded their service ticket with a xx cabin air filter like a bunch of money grubbing trolls. The cabin air filter is a 20k mile maintenance item and when we bought our "Certified" pre owned car meaning these items were supposed to be inspected and replaced. It was not replaced. But now $115.00 for a $12.00 cabin air filter which is translated to a full hour of labor being charged for something that takes maybe 5 to 10 minutes. If you buy a car from this place make sure to check all those items they are supposed to check during their "Certifiying inspection" Then take your car somewhere for service because this place is an obvious rip off. More
