I had 2 recalls on my Jeep this year. I've tried calling another dealership to get them addressed and they never even returned my call. This dealership returned the call within hours and set me up with an a another dealership to get them addressed and they never even returned my call. This dealership returned the call within hours and set me up with an appointment within the week. They took care of my Jeep within 2 hours and not the full day as I expected. I dropped off the car and rode my bike 8.5 miles home. Even though they didn't have a driver available they got me a Lyft driver immediately. Their staff was kind and courteous and I highly recommend their service! They were so nice and kindness goes a long way in the world right now!! Thanks guys! More

Truly truly disappointed in this location. Worked with Richard for majority of the time and were crunching numbers for almost 2 hours. We got to a number we were looking to make a deal on and Richard said Richard for majority of the time and were crunching numbers for almost 2 hours. We get back from the test drive, wait twenty minutes and I’m assuming the manager came over but whoever it was didn’t even bother introducing himself to us, came with a number over 15% higher than the number we discussed like he was doing us a favor with his smug attitude. Do not recommend this location even a little bit, wish I could send a bill to them for the nearly 3 hours they wasted. On top of all that, Richard sent me an angry text message a few days later regarding my review of my experience. Totally inappropriate. More
