I negotiated everything (price and options) over the phone. I set up a day to come in a week later since it was a 5 hour drive. I was told the vehicle would be ready. Once I got to the dealership they wanted to have me go through the negotiation process all over again AND the vehicle was missing a part that we discussed would be on it AND the drivers door had chips in the paint. I insisted the vehicle be re-washed since it had lint and water spots on it only to be told I was being 'picky'. After we got home I called four different times to speak with the general manager or a sales manager only to be put on hold over 30 minutes each time and was never able to speak to either one about chips in the paint on the passenger door and a dent on the passenger side of the cab. More

No one ever picks up the phone in service. I finally called sales and had them get me in touch with service.
