Quick Lane Service Oil Change/Tire Rotation with appointment. Noted customer will wait. Appt time: 1:30 - arrived 1:15 Checked in told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours (with appointment?) Next shocker - $222 for an oil change and tire rotation are you kidding me... (7 QTS Oil Apr 2023 oil change $5.46 per QT, 7 QTS Nov 2023 oil change $14.13 per QT. 60% increase is laughable) Labor went up $5, understandable. Left dealer at 3:50 (2 hours and 20 minutes for QUICK LANE SERVICE with an appt. Bought truck brand new (Ram 1500) March 2015 (under different ownership) - have never had truck serviced anywhere else. Well never again, local customer lost. More
Shaddy, won't sale you a vehicle unless you buy 5,000 dollar warranty. Also they do not honor the prices you see on line with car fax. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I received a recall notice for my new Ram truck. The recall is serious- truck could spontaneously catch fire even when not running. I called the service department numerous times over the course of a few days. No one ever answers- you can only leave a message which I did numerous times. When no one returned my call I enlisted the help of the regional service center. Victoria said she would reach out and have them call me. Nope- no phone call. Called Victoria again and she said she would reach out a second time-nothing. I called the General Manager of the dealership. Of course I could only leave a message-no return call. In the meantime Ram keeps sending me solicitations for their service package for oil changes, etc. Really?? How would I even get an appointment? This is the absolute lowest quality and most inferior customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances!! More

We scheduled a time with Jacob to purchase a vehicle. We made three phone calls to verify no hidden fees, such as protection plans or secret add ons. Then sales manager Paul states, "We have another buyer who will pay $26k and finance through us coming in today, so pay extra or bye. We drove 20 miles under false pretensis for a vehicle they already had a buyer? We were even told military price discount on phone and in person now it was a no. My Wife had a friend drive up and back twice for this to happen. I have 26 yrs of military service to date and feel disgraced and offended that Paul Shaw thought this was a game. Mandatory add on packages over $7k on a used van. My wife was given fake contact info for GM. They forgot google exists. UPDATE: A friend inquired on this same vehicle next day and dealership said come in we have it. I have a txt and voicemail copy...unethical place. More

I own a small business and I have been in communication with this dealership for over a month in regards to purchasing a Sandstone 2500 ProMaster. On Friday April 15, 2022, I received a text from someone from the sales department, shortly followed by a call by the Sales Manager Paul. He mentioned that he had a few in transit and will keep me posted. Monday April 18, 2022, Sale Manager Paul called me around 3:30pm and said a Sandstone 2500 ProMaster had arrived, I ask him “can we schedule appointment for tomorrow morning around 10:30am?” He replied by saying “That would be perfect to ask for him or Rich or Rick” I moved a few meetings around to ensure we we can be there to purchase the van. I received another phone call Tuesday morning by Sale Manager Paul to ensure we were still coming, we confirmed appointment. Tuesday April, 19, 2022 we arrived and ask to speak to Paul, I could tell right away something was not right his body language screamed “oh xxxx” he quickly called another associate and said he will be helping us out. He too seemed to be confused, he mentioned that he saw the Van on Saturday and it was stored upstairs, and he would be back. After literally 30 minutes of waiting, my wife and I started to talking to a gentleman that was washing the vehicles and he mentioned that the Van was upstairs, because he parked it, he quickly went inside and brought us some water. The sales man comes back and says, I’m so sorry the Van was already sold. Now we’re confused, because why would you schedule an appointment and call several times to include the day of appointment to confirm a meeting to purchase vehicle that was already sold. I ask the salesman, to speak to Paul. Paul started to blame their Fleet Manager Ardina Chaco. Saying she pre-sold the Van to Enterprise, and mentioned that he call her and text her but she doesn’t response. I specifically told him we drove from Chula Vista, and we moved several meetings to ensure we could be here, with Gas prices being so high at the bare minimum he should give us a gas card. He went inside for another 10 minutes and never came out. I go inside and the sales man tells me he is not going to come out cause he is now dealing with the Sale of a 100k car. I ask the salesman to ask him to please call me back, to this day no call or text from Sale Manager Paul. Sale Manager Paul, should be sent to some type Customer service training or some type of managerial training, this is completely UNSAT. His complete disregard for people time is very disrespectful. I will notify all Veterans brothers and sister not do business with this dealership. More
