We were very happy with the service. It was easy to schedule the appointment. I received a reminder call. Louie, the service representative, was thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. The vehicle had an issue with condensation in the windshield. We had previously taken the truck in for this issue; unfortunately, there were scheduling issues due to vendor availability and it had not been resolved. Because the work was not done there wasn’t a record in the system. Louie patiently listened to our experience, explained the options, then offered to work on getting us help in getting the issue resolved. He was able to get the issue fixed at zero cost to us!!! We were so relieved! Once in the shop, Louie communicated updates on a regular basis. He offered a loaner vehicle, which I declined. It was a pleasure to work with him. More
