I came in for a simple oil change and tire check. Car had no other issues. The service technicians did the inspection and found no problems. On my way home, the car was shaking alot. When I looked under the hood, I found the service people (when topping off fluids) had filled my radiator fluid all the way to the top causing it to burst/crack at the stem seam by the cap and spray coolant all over my car. When my boyfriend called to let them know, he was treated with complete disregard and just told "our techs would never do that". They said it would be $165 for them to even run a diagnostic check if I brought it back in (for the problem THEY caused). I brought it to Gainesville Nissan and they had to put in a new radiator which cost me $908! I am absolutely furious at Pearson Nissan and will tell everyone I know to NEVER use them and I will never be back. Absolutely ridiculous way to treat a customer who purchased a vehicle from them. They need to teach their service techs how to fill fluids and need to take responsibility for their actions instead of treating their customers like they are stupid. (My radiator did not magically fill itself to the top with fluid.) More

I BOUGHT THE CAR 1 MONTH AGO (USED) DID NOT EVEN PUT 3000 MILES ON IT. I AM ON SOCIAL SECURITY SO MY INCOME IS LIMITED. THE SALES PERSON AND MANAGER TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I DID NOT BUY A WRAP AROUND WARRENTY (WHICH I COULD NOT AFFORD) THAT THIS REPAIR WAS NOT COVERED. I WOULD NOT EXPECT IT TO BE COVERED IF I HAD THE CAR A WHILE BUT ONLY HAVING IT A MONTH AND NOT EVEN 3000 MILES. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM IF THE SAY "BUMPERTOBUMPER "WARRENTY FOR 30 DAYS OR 3000 MILES AS THIS IS A BALL FACE LIE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KEEP THEYRE WORD. More
