Terrible and last experience We took the vehicle in for two issues. Neither repaired the first visit. One issue never repaired and we were charged $340 for the wrong part. And, not to mention, the vehicle was driven into a fence by their service writer and they took three weeks to repair it with no apology or mention of a loaner. This was our second Nissan and the first was purchased at this dealership in 2009. We'll never buy another Nissan and never go back to a Nissan Dealership for service. Need I say more? More

The Z's problems, in particular, were highly distressful and I can't thank Nichole enough for her professionalism and patience in handling my concerns and stress. She was able to coordinate with both my wife and I and schedule our vehicles for service promptly and around our hectic workday. George and Corey were amazing in helping us address the mechanical issues that threatened to get us both grounded and without the use of both our vehicles. Just as importantly to me and my peace of mind, George took the time to educate me and explain the issues we were facing and how the steps taken to resolve them.
