I have had great experiences every time I've had to bring my vehicle here. This last time was for a recall, Isaac my service advisor, let me know it was going to take several hours so I made plans to go to t my vehicle here. I was very disappointed with this dealership I believe It was misleading about the vehicle I bought Monday I was to take this vehicle down to have it looked but I only can drive it 19 more miles before the v was misleading about the vehicle I bought Monday I was to take this vehicle down to have it looked but I only can drive it 19 more miles before the vehicle power will be reduced to five miles and hour this is a great disappointment to me I’m told sickened over the whole mess I was told as is when I received it but for all that’s has transpired with the vehicle and the different things going wrong with it has me in believing that it had problems prior to me receiving this vehicle I also believe that when the Dealership received the vehicle when it was service the wrong type DEF was place in this vehicle causing the dash show the words “WRONG TYPE OF DEF” then it gave me a count down I also asked for it to be detailed now the handles on both sides are filthy. They have grime on both handles and on the trim in the center consul next to the windshield that needs to be cleaned in the pockets or you place materials into needs to be also cleaned I’m a person of faith you company has tried my faith.
