My experience at Pearson Nissan of Ocala was better than I expected! Tommie Hugee greeted us and was willing to help from the beginning. I could tell that Tommie was definitely interested in helping me rather than just "making the sale", which made me so much more comfortable about the entire experience. He definitely had my best interests in mind and did what he could to make sure that I got the perfect car! I'm happy to say that I'm the proud new owner of a 2013 Nissan Sentra because of his help and excellent customer service! More

Tommie took her for a test drive in the two cars she was considering. He asked her the right questions to help her come to the decision she wanted to buy the Sentra. He worked diligently in getting her the monthly payment she could afford. He has a great sense of humor, is very knowledgeable in Nissan vehicles and is a "real" person to work with in making this big decision. I would recommend Tommie Hugee and the Pearson Nissan to anyone! Great experience for us! More

Pete the Sales Manager was very attentive and made me feel very welcomed. I was very satisfied with the customer service, and would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. After calling to get some help about linking my new phone to the Bluetooth system in my 2012 Nissan Frontier I was told that there was someone there who could help me with the upload of contacts. The voice to the Bluetooth system in my 2012 Nissan Frontier I was told that there was someone there who could help me with the upload of contacts. The voice instructions indicate a command that does not appear when you follow them. The option for the command is simply not there. After going to the dealership which is as 25 minute drive from where I live I met with a salesman in the front. He was very professional and tried to help me. He also noted the command was not available although the help instructions clearly indicated it should be. He sent me to someone in the repair department. After finally getting to the person and getting him to come to my car. He told me the problem was the phone could not send this to the Bluetooth system in the car. I explained that the phone would try to upload but the system would not take it and according to the instructions from the help menu in the Frontier the command for doing this was not given as an option even though the help menu clearly indicated it should have. He did not listen to me treated me if I was relatively ignorant and said the problem was the phone. The command would be in the system not the phone and it should be there independent of the the phone having the ability or not. I understand I may not be able to download the favorites from the phone even though the type file the phone sends is indicated to be appropriate by the Nissan Web site. I however do not like being treated as it I don't know a thing about this and furthermore NOT LISTENED TO. More
Purchasing a car at Ocala Nissan was an extremely pleasurable experience. JD greeted us in the lot very pleasantly and professionally and listened to our needs. He quickly got us behind the wheel of the perfect car for us to test drive while at the same time getting someone to do the trade in appraisal on our car. We absolutely loved the Nissan Rogue and the entire buying experience. This dealership goes above and beyond to ensure that it's customers are happy and completely satisfied with their experience. JD went above and beyond to ensure that our new car was ready and waiting for us once all the paperwork was signed. We spent the day Thursday at two other dealers and had horrendous experiences; we dealt with people at those dealerships that were dishonest and unethical. It was such a relief to walk into Ocala Nissan on Friday and be treated like intelligent human beings with respect and courtesy. I cannot say enought about this place. We will definitely be back and will be telling all of our family and friends and anyone else that will listen that if they want the best car buying experience, they should only visit one dealer in Ocala and that is Ocala Nissan. Lou Deleo was a very knowledgeable salesperson who showed courtesy and answered every question I had purchased my 2007 Toyota Camry on May 28th 2012. Lou Deleo was a very knowledgeable salesperson who showed courtesy and answered every question I had as well as took the time to explain the benefits and features of my new car. I left the parking lot feeling very satisfied and even after 3 months I have been able to call and get him on the phone with any question I have.The drive from St.Petersburg to Ocala was well worth the trip and I recommend Lou to anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle!!!
