I've been doing business with Pearson Nissan for 21 years and have never been disappointed. I've bought 5 vehicles from them in the past and recently purchased a new Titan. Rudy Durand was my salesman again and he is excellent. No pressure, he listens to your needs, very courteous and professional. You can trust Rudy and his sales manager David Ridgway and all the staff. Also Jimmy Morejon is an excellent service consultant. Great dealership and excellent employees. I will be going back for all my service and sales. More
Never Again Bought a 2016 Nissan Maxima from this dealer in 2016. Then went to trade it 2 years later. Was met buy a sales manager skinny guy with glasses told me and my sale's person Cindy that we were $2500- dollars apart from doing a deal. The next day I came back with $2500- he told me and the sales lady were $3500- apart on the deal. The sale's lady and I told him yesterday you said we were $2500 dollars a apart ??? The deal never happened... When you call in for a Service adviser the girls that answer the phones ask you what you need? Like you can't talk to your service adviser, and they address customers by their first name like your their friend not a customer. In business it is proper when dealing with customers to address them with their Sir name or last name as Mr-Mrs or Ms. , it is very unprofessional to address customers by their first name, Unless you are personal friends... I bought 2 cars from this dealership, both times the finance guy was told I want to use Campus Credit union because Im and established customer with them. Both times he tried to sell me on another bank or credit union. Campus ended up calling them directly to tell them I was approved through them already at a much lower interest rate then what this dealer was offering me... When I was looking for a car and wasn't sure what I wanted the sale's people were pushy in some cases and trying to rush me to buy. I told one sale's men I didn't like the car and didn't want it. They seemed uninterested in showing me cars, and letting me test drive them but more interested in selling me something rather I liked it or not... If I want another Nissan in the future, I will be buying from another dealership not this one, or online through the new car places like True Car or Vroom... While I believe they have some genuine good people working here, over all I'm not impressed by this car dealership... A few bad apples can ruin the car buying experience for a customer, and they seem to have more and more of these bad apples... More
Bought new nissan rough sport, was promised 4 oil changes. 2017 rouge sport with 4 oil changes, salesman did not fill out paperwork right. Was corrected with 2 new oil changes but the time frame for them 1 exp 2017 rouge sport with 4 oil changes, salesman did not fill out paperwork right. Was corrected with 2 new oil changes but the time frame for them 1 expired. Dont drive alot so I lost 1. Should be 2 oil changes without expiration as some drive more and some less. Then had to pay $6.16 after that. Do not recommend there service or agreement. Will never go back unless its fixed. More
Didn't do their job fully I went down today to have my oil changed, topping off all fluids is part of that service. I specifically asked Jimmy if they filled my washer fluid bc it was out and he said yes. Well guess what they didn't do ?! I hit my washer fluid a few mins ago and got nothing. They straight up lied to me. I even asked for a courtesy car bc I had my toddler w me and they said no we don't do that unless it's an emergency. Every other Nissan I have been to never told me no ! The following day, my wife and I experienced some unusual mechanical events as we tried to make our way back to the dealership, to take delivery of our vehicle. The folks in the dealership went way out of their way to help us through our dilemma. After our experiences with other dealers in the area, the personnel at Pearson Nissan was a welcomed relief. Sales rep seemed determined to offer a "deal" we would be happy with. Negotiation was fairly short and we arrived at a cash OTD price (with trade) we were happy with. Next steps- lots of paperwork; seemed to drag a little but we got through it all while vehicle was being prepped. Final step with "finance" with lots more paperwork went fairly quickly- finance rep was very organized and efficient. Follow-up visit for cloth seat replacement with leather to occur in about 1 week. More
