Don’t stand behind their product. Bought new Rogue end of June 2019. Constant phone & navigation problems. All dealership service dept did was update software. This veh has constant intermittent problems that software update doesn’t correct so they won’t address. We’ve been told by their own service people that we won’t get anywhere with this dealership. Boy that’s says a lot. We’ve spoke with a few other dealerships and they’ve said they’ve heard bad reviews about this dealership also. Oh how I wish we’d been warned before our purchase. We’ve owned this veh 3 months and it’s been in service 1 month. So they have had the veh one third of the time. This veh has upgrades I paid for that don’t work. Performed wrong Service Brought in my 12 month old Leaf for the 12 month Service. They performed only a tire rotation which Issac stated was all that was required. When I got home I checked the Nissan Service Manual and a 12 month service also requires the Cabin Air Filter to be changed and an EV Battery Usage Report which is required by Nissan to keep the Li-Ion Battery Warranty valid. Nissan could void the Li-Ion battery warranty if that report is not performed annually. I don't plan on using this dealer for future service. More
