The dealership was able to fix the rattle which was the reason it was brought in for. The car is under warranty. Only concern is, the Service Writer repeatedly stated that the rattle wasn’t covered under reason it was brought in for. The car is under warranty. Could have driven it to the shop, less than 70k miles on the Nissan Versa, and the transmission needs replaced. I've been coming to Pearson Nissan since 1998. The reason that I keep coming back is because the Pearson staff has always been customer focused and friendly. With the fact that Nissan has very good vehicles that I keep coming back is because the Pearson staff has always been customer focused and friendly. With the fact that Nissan has very good vehicles that meets my needs in quality and reliability. Also I just bought a Titan a few days ago. My sales person was Jade Paternoster. He was not pushy, very knowledgeable about options listened to what I was looking for not to mention very curtious. The kind of person you feel very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from. My 2010 Nissan Frontier truck was in for a wheel alignment, oil & filter change and a suspected oil leak. Brian Purdy met me without delay. We discussed these issues and he prepared a work order w alignment, oil & filter change and a suspected oil leak. Brian Purdy met me without delay. He came out to the customer waiting area to tell me that source of the oil leak was an oil cooler O-ring and provided an estimate along with assurance that they could repair it and still finish by the time I needed the truck for another appointment.
