Handicapped they took advantage of me,, both Management and Salesman, I worked with Dick Ridgeway before leasing my 2018 Murano for him, he was totally unscrupulous, and lied to me telling me the Pathfinde and Salesman, I worked with Dick Ridgeway before leasing my 2018 Murano for him, he was totally unscrupulous, and lied to me telling me the Pathfinder had the same equipment as the Murano. My son has a Pathfinder which I had driven many times and being Handicapped I felt no need to test drive and dick took advantage of that he lied about the equipment installed. he lied about the Price saying he would adjust it because it was 2020 leftover. I said work up a buy price for my leased Murano He told me it would be hard to do.. He lied about my credit report. I have been a Nissan owner and lessee since 1978 and never have I encountered such unprofessional conduct from a Salesman and Management. I look back and think I had to be Brain Dead for this deal. that's what happens when I trusted Dick Ridgeway to be fair instead of a liar car salesman.. More
