My car was there for a repair. I asked if a salesperson could see how much they would give me for a trade in on another car they said I had to come in to get that information. So I drag my whole family in could see how much they would give me for a trade in on another car they said I had to come in to get that information. So I drag my whole family in there. Talk to a salesperson for a hot minute they talk to somebody else walked out back looked at the car and told me to come back in tomorrow completely wasted my time. If they had given me the trade in value over the phone like I asked it not made me waste my time driving up there at 8:00 at night because they wouldn't do it over the phone you probably would have sold me a car. I don't have that much time in my life so I just told them to repair the car and kept it. More

I am in market for new vehicle but will not be buying from Pearson Nissan. Do not trust that a brand new car would be treated any better More
