Zack was our service writer on this day. He was very friendly, with a warm greeting. We came in for a front brake check, thinking for sure that we would need those replaced. So they did the check on other items and found that our transmission needed servicing. We Knew that it needed to be done so Zack worked with us and told us that they would get it done in a little bit. He took our number, we went for breakfast and he called just afterwards that we were ready to go. Good experience all around. Thank you Zack. More
