Bought my Prius today. Came in at 5:30pm and left at 6:15pm. The sales person was Bob. I spent 15 mins test driving and going over the car. The rest of the time was signing papers with victor. My experience with Pauly Toyota was exceptional, from beginning to end. After finding the car online that I knew I wanted (for an exceptional price, I could add), Paul contacted me immediately and worked beginning to end. After finding the car online that I knew I wanted (for an exceptional price, I could add), Paul contacted me immediately and worked with me to allow me to quickly place a deposit to ensure that I was able to have the time to come look at the vehicle, since it was a 6-hour drive for me to get to the dealership. I'm glad I did, because I am certain it would have been sold before I could make it in. Upon my arrival, they had the vehicle ready to go and it was, if anything, in even better shape than I had hoped. Paul was fantastic to work with and the process was smooth as glass from start to finish. Filling out the paperwork and financing documents with Victor was also incredibly pleasant, which isn't a word I'd usually use to describe filling out paperwork. He graciously even helped me work through a few issues I'd identified with the previous dealer I'd gone through once we were done with the documentation for my new vehicle. At no point was I pressured to do anything, and both gentlemen were profoundly polite and respectful. I never thought I'd actually find what I was looking for all the way in Illinois, but I'm glad I looked, because what I found completely blew away all my expectations. More
