Recently I got Engine Oil Change, and Tires Rotation from Pauly Toyota at Crystal Lake, IL 60014 for my Toyota Sienna Van. While driving back to my home after the above works I noticed wobbling/ rattling Pauly Toyota at Crystal Lake, IL 60014 for my Toyota Sienna Van. While driving back to my home after the above works I noticed wobbling/ rattling noise / jerks so I pulled over and called Pauly Toyota and informed them about the abnormal sounds, they replied that I should call tomorrow as today they cannot do anything. I drove very slowly with the hazard lights on as it was difficult to drive due to the uneven running of the van. I drove about 20 miles in this horrible condition (from Pauly Toyota to my home). Driving in such a condition not only endangered our lives but also for the occupants of other vehicles around me. Next day early morning I called Pauly Toyota, they told me someone will get in touch with me as they are busy right now, I had to wait for several hours for their service supervisor to call me, he told me to drive the van back to Pauly Toyota so they can sort out the issue. I refused to drive it back as it was a great safety risk, the supervisor insisted that I drive it back to Pauly Toyota on the assumption that as a day before I drove it to my home then why I can't drive it back to Pauly Toyota today, I told him that I am not going to take any further risk and told him to refer me to Toyota Arlington which was nearest to me as I do not want to drive 20 miles to Pauly Toyota in such an alarming condition. He told me that Arlington Toyota is a separate entity, therefore, I must bring the van to Pauly Toyota, but I completely refused & after much argument he finally agreed that I take the van to Arlington, Toyota. I went to Arlington Toyota, the service manage took the driving seat & during driving he noticed abnormal sounds, therefore he pulled the van and checked the tires and to our great surprise and shock he found the wheel nuts (lug nuts) for all the 4 tires loose, specially the front driving side wheel lugs where completely loose and could be turned easily with hand, so he told me that it is very risky so I should drive the vehicle super slowly to their service station where he got the wheels nuts tightened and torqued as per the manufacturer’s recommendation. Arlington Toyota gave me in written what they found and did. It was potentially dangerous to drive around with loose wheel nuts as it could have led to wheels falling off / bouncing off which might have caused horrible fatal accident, but Pauly Toyota didn’t realize its implications and severity. I contacted Pauly Toyota and told them that they forgot to tighten the wheel nuts after tires rotation, but their reply showed that this was not a big issue for them & took it very lightly. I wonder what they do to our vehicles for maintenance works if they cannot handle a simple job of tires rotation. This is just to make people aware of Pauly Toyota inferior maintenance capabilities / utter carelessness / poor response / lack of responsibilities / uncooperative behavior. More

Purchased used car2/26/22. Took back for repairs 5 times. Our mechanic said it’s falling apart. I’ve been in search of a new car since November of 2021, and it was not easy. I spoke to more than 20 dealerships. Pauly Toyota is one of the few that does not up-charge due to the market shortage. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly nice, transparent, and efficient. I finally got off the waitlist for my new Rav 4 and was out of the dealership in an hour or so. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership in a time where there are few places you can trust. 5/5 More

Bob Langenberg helped us buy our Toyota Sienna and we are so grateful to him. Vans are so hard to find right now - he helped us put in an order in January and stayed in touch with us every other week for six so grateful to him. Vans are so hard to find right now - he helped us put in an order in January and stayed in touch with us every other week for six months! He sold to us at MSRP and gave us better than market rate for our trade in. And helped us keep our kids entertained in the dealership while we worked out financing, etc. We drove all the way from the city to work with him and we highly, highly recommend him and Pauly Toyota! I put a 1,000 deposit down on a Tundra that I was told I could custom order on March 14th. Three months hey I’ll call you this date but no one called. I’d call back three or four times before I would get an answer. Fast forward to 6-14 I call and my salesman is out so I ask another salesman where I am on the list and I get told I’m not on the list. I asked to speak with the sales manager and I get told only the salespeople know what’s on order and what’s coming in. That makes no sense. I called Toyota customer care and was told it’s odd that I didn’t have a profile set up or even a vin. So I went to Kenosha Toyota and found that you cannot custom order a truck. They get told What they are being allocated and from there you pick which one you want. So I put another deposit down and walked out with a vin and a Date that the truck will be made. More

Let me start this review with the premise that I am buying a new car during a chip crisis, cars are nearly impossible to find and used cars are super inflated. The dealership didn’t charge me anything over MSRP and even sweetened the deal for me. A rarity in January of 2022. My salesman Tom Hirshberg was stellar. I told him from the beginning I was a numbers guy looking for a fair trade in and wouldn’t haggle too much on the MSRP. I got exactly what I asked for. I’m a well-qualified buyer and this process was easy. Victor Shariati, the finance person, had to re-do the terms of the loan based on a request that I didn’t make clear (72 mo vs 60 mo loan term). Victor re-processed everything with a positive attitude and adjusted it to the terms I requested. He didn’t seem bothered, just said to bear with him while he made the changes. Back to Tom: After everything was done on the finance end, Tom offered assistance with setting up the Avalon. I told Tom that I was all set as I was coming from an older Avalon. Tom really allowed me to set the tempo and was not pushy about anything which I really liked. He informed me of all available options but didn’t try to force them down my throat. Larry Albrecht introduced himself to get my aftermarket accessories put on. I have a service appointment tomorrow for tint and a 2-way remote start to the Avalon. So far, everyone there is awesome.
