I then walked into Pauly Toyota and was warmly greeted by Ryan Poltzer. I quickly explained that I was in the market for a new SUV and wanted to drive one of his Toyota's to compare. Ryan then asked me if we could sit down and have a quick chat before we jumped into a vehicle a went for a ride, and he warmed us up with a really good cup of coffee. He then proceeded to ask me questions about what was important for our needs and what kind of features were a must have for us, to my surprise none of the other dealers did this. He then utilized technology "His Computer" to show us the different models of the new Rav4 AWD.. He found one in his inventory with the equipment we wanted and then some (because of the standard Toyota Safety Sense technology) and we made a seamless transaction. When we got home I said "Wow" that was a true professional sales consultant. I felt very lucky that he was the guy I got to work with. So I am writing this post so anyone that is planning on looking or buying at a new Toyota, don't waste your time and call to schedule an appointment with Ryan Poltzer (815)261-3142 you will not be disappointed. Thanks Ryan, keep up the good work! Tom More

Worst place I've been I bought my used car almost 10 month ago. The work on the car that they promised they would do has still not been done.. I have called and got nowhere I bought my used car almost 10 month ago. The work on the car that they promised they would do has still not been done.. I have called and got nowhere. I've also left 3/5 messages for the owner mike, and 3 for a manager named Eric. My car was there for a week they did my free oil change, that cost me 31$$ and did nothing else.Every time I made an appt with my sales rep he promised to take care of things, but always seemed to forget I was coming, and would just leave me to fend for myself.. I guess I'll see what happens in 2017.... More

After done I went home and saw when I got out that the car was not washed. Called and asked if I could bring it back in for the wash, and was told "sure bring it back in". Get there and driver told me the car wash was broken. These things happen, but heck, 1) tell me it was broken before I left and 2) don't tell me to bring it back when its broken! Bad communication and integrity, makes me question how the service work itself is handled?? Trust broken. More

She keeps her car spotless so when she noticed the damage she went back and was given a runaround. I went with her and the manager told us to get out of the premises and its not their fault, it broke on its own, really? I could not believe the way he talked to us; 2 women just wanting it fixed like it was, we treat animals better. We own 2 other Toyotas and will definitely drive the distance to go somewhere else. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, that's just few words how we would describe Pauly Toyota . More

There is no other dealership I would trust to work on my car. The technicians are well trained and the service advisors and management is friendly and accommodating. I recently purchased a 2016 Rav4 and it was an incredibly smooth process. I got all the features I wanted with a great price to match. I'm all about customer service, and Pauly continues to exceed my expectations! More

Awful service experience Price I was quoted for the repair was less than a quarter of what they wanted to repair my car. Quote was based on seeing the piece that needed to be Price I was quoted for the repair was less than a quarter of what they wanted to repair my car. Quote was based on seeing the piece that needed to be replaced and was given after service department saw my car. I had to return as they had to order the part. I was told the nonessential part would be under $200 installed. Figured better safe than sorry, so I had them order the part. Today I waited for over an hour for a repair that I was told would take 45 minutes. No one came to tell me what was going on. I finally approached someone and then after a run around was told that another part was needed. I asked why if they had seen what came off the car as well as the car, they didn't realize more parts were needed and I also asked why no one had come to talk to me. Spoke with the manager of the dealership who then brought me to the service manager. He explained it was a "mistake" on the part of the service person who looked at my car and the piece. He offered to sell me the piece for his cost. Calculations show that they marked this piece up over 60%. Worried that the part being nonessential might also be a "mistake." I would not trust the expertise or honesty of this service department. More
