horrible service I've used the Pauly Toyota dealership since 2014.There were no problems back then , but recently the service has been terrible. I replaced it with a spare and she drove to Pauly Toyota for repair. She told the dealership about her punctured tire and a "low-pressure" light on her dash board. Pauly Toyota took the car in for service and shortly after told her that nothing can be done. They offered to replace all 4 tires for $800+.She decline the offer. Also Pauly Toyota did not fix the low pressure light and told her to pump up the tires. On the next day, I took the flat tire and drove it off to a different dealership. They fixed it for only $15.After that, my wife punctured a different tire and I drove it to Pauly Toyota. I told the dealership that I have a flat tire and A "low-pressure" light on the dash board. I talked with Paul Trznadel. They took the car in for service and 20 minutes later, Paul told me that the tire was unrepairable, tire health bad and it had to be replaced. I asked why the other tires were fine because I bought and changed all 4 tire from Pauly Toyota at same time. I asked if he can look at the date when my wife changed the tire and to look at the warranty. He told me that I was wasting his time. He also said he did not know why the "low-pressure" light was on. I requested him to give me an invoice and he declined. Every question I asked, he told me I was wasting his time. I asked for the manager and he told me he was the manager. The next day, I drove to the same dealership that fixed my first tire. They repaired it and fixed low-pressure for $10. Thank you Paul for the horrible service. I will never return to Pauly Toyota. 2017 Toyota Sienna Just so you know, we have owned 3 4-Runners and 2 Sequoias all of which have been serviced, probably at sometime during our ownership, at PAULY since Just so you know, we have owned 3 4-Runners and 2 Sequoias all of which have been serviced, probably at sometime during our ownership, at PAULY since probably 1996 when we moved to Crystal Lake. However, we bought a new 2017 Toyota Sienna from PAULY, in January 2017. Since then it has been in for repairs to the air conditioner system; 6+ times, with 3 repairs done, accounting for 25+ days of the vehicle being in the shop and all of our time trying to resolve the issue. The last failure came during a family vacation road trip to Florida, causing a lot of stress. Who wants to be in Florida with four children, during July, with no air conditioning? Just dropped the 2017 Sienna this morning, 8/8/17 – same issue, so make that 7+ times. PAULY will give you the talk, about what they are “legally” obligated to do or what “Corporate” won’t let them do. They did give us two options, the first that would cost us roughly an additional $4,000 and the second an additional $900. More
Great customer service While at the dealership, the sales associates make you feel comfortable and not pressured at all to make a purchase. While I did buy a car I did not at all feel the pressure from anyone there to buy anything but in the end they were all very nice people and I would recommend people that are in need of a new car to go there. Worked with a number of the staff and found them to be friendly and professional. They took care of a minor cosmetic issue that they weren't on the hook for but did it anyway and didn't charge me. Thought that was great! I worked with Bob Langenberg on the deal. He made the experience fun and comfortable like hanging out with a friend or family. So if you're lookig for a good deal on a Toyota go see uncle Bob! More

Service department does not serve customers !!! Warning DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!!! Take your vehicle to another dealer. I called to schedule a recall repair on a Friday. I was told that Warning DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!!! Take your vehicle to another dealer. I called to schedule a recall repair on a Friday. I was told that they had to order parts and scheduled me to bring in the car on the following Monday morning. I brought the car in and was told it would be 1 to 2 hours for the repair. I said I would wait. An hour later I was told that they didn't have the parts, that they did not get delivery of parts until Tuesday and was offered a loaner car. Why did it take them an hour to figure out they didn't have the parts for the scheduled work??? This is not the first time I have had a problem with the service department at Pauly. The last time was back about 2004 or 2005. I had just bought a used Corolla from them. After bringing the car in four times for the same check engine light issue, and having them not repair the car, I gave up and went to another dealer. After a week of work at Schaumberg Toyota they fixed it. I thought that by now they might have straighten things out but that seems not to be the case. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere if you have service needs from a Toyota dealer. More

And another guy told us we can sit in a movie theater waiting room for my two year old to be more confertable , he went to get Emmanuel from parts to help with the dvd🙂, very nice person as well. Nice location friendly receptionist .Thank you so much pauly I love my first family van . I'll tell my friends and family about this dealer .god bless you all .oh my !!
