I should have read the reviews before I interacted with this dealership. Communication on purchase of a 2006 Toyota Sienna, was poor at best with Paul LeRose. He is a very poor communicator. I was ready to leave from home to purchase this vehicle this morning after two weeks of interaction with him, thank God I did call, since we were 2 1/2 hours away. They sold the car as I called. He told me yesterday, he would call me back in 20 minutes, I waited all afternoon and he kept giving me the excuse that the used car manager was talking to some people from Toyota and he couldn't talk to him about my question. He is a terrible salesman to deal with. Now I wouldn't believe anything he said about anything! including the vehicle that I was sold on!!!! More
