I was driving from Virginia to Texas and my check oil light came on. I checked oil and it appeared to be down. I couldn’t open the lid to add oil. A quick internet search showed a dealership in Jackso light came on. I checked oil and it appeared to be down. I couldn’t open the lid to add oil. A quick internet search showed a dealership in Jackson, about 40 minutes away. I arrived 25 minutes after the service department closed. I explained my problem and Brian, checked my oil, confirmed I was about a 1/2 quart down. He put the oil in, put some oil on the inside of the lid so I would be able to open the lid later if needed. I was able to continue on my trip. Brian was my hero! More

I felt rushed out, inconveniencing his day by my questions,and honestly mad. I researched Subaru before I purchased my first one from Koby in Mobile. This is my second Subaru. I'm not an idiot, I know about my car. I will more than likely not return for service because of the lack of professionalism and moral fiber of these 2 clerks. More
