The service department is very rude and condescending. Every time I’ve had my vehicle in for service, I’ve had to contact them repeatedly to find out the status of my vehicle. They take no consideration Every time I’ve had my vehicle in for service, I’ve had to contact them repeatedly to find out the status of my vehicle. They take no consideration for customers having to pay for rental vehicles and the smallest of tasks take over a week, during which time, they will not attempt to contact you to update you. If you complain to the service manager, he vehemently defends his service staff. If you complain to the general manager, he blames it on them having a bad day. The service department is the sole reason I won’t buy a Subaru. They are the only local dealer and I won’t subject myself or family to such treatment. More
