Our salesman, Harold Almanzar, took the time to show us all of the features of our Forester. I ask a lot of questions, and he demonstrated the features I didn't understand. Harold assured us he is there if we have any questions AFTER purchase. I can't say the same about nearby Paul Miller dealership in West Caldwell when we recently purchased a Toyota Camry Hybrid. Plus, Subaru had MUCH better financing than Toyota--I still had the same credit rating a month before, so I don't see why. To me, it's 95% "customer service," and Harold of Subaru, Denville showed the contrast between 2 dealerships. More

Client Advisor Jack Trister is the worst salesperson I ever encounter. His customer service is poor and very un- welcoming. When ask certain questions about current programs he would respond in a very neg ever encounter. His customer service is poor and very un- welcoming. I spoke with the GM that evening and she ask me what happen, and she tried to be nice, but I was already turned off by the client advisor Jack Trister. I highly don't recommend this place and will never do business with the dealership. More
