Did you know that a car buying experience doesn't have to be like going to get a root canal? I didn't. In the past 5 years, I've had 3 experiences - 2 leases and 1 purchase at other dealerships where you go be like going to get a root canal? I didn't. In the past 5 years, I've had 3 experiences - 2 leases and 1 purchase at other dealerships where you go in thinking you're going to walk in, sign the papers, walk out in 45 mins max. Then you spend 3-5 hours sitting there just getting angry. That did NOT happen here. Heba listened to my requests (and sob story about prior issues) about being in and out *and made it happen* along with the finance team member Carlos. Can I give 10 stars? I showed up at 2:55pm and walked out the door with everything completed, temp tag on car, at 3:25pm. 30 minutes. 30 FRICKIN' MINUTES. Key thing - the deal was an order placement which means the deal was struck earlier but even so, that took only an hour which included 2 test drives. Bottom line for me - I will recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience. More

I question their integrity and ethics. Not straight shooters. Had Subaru VIP program with guaranteed price of Retail less 2%. They did some tricky math (trying to hide it) and took the 2% Not straight shooters. Had Subaru VIP program with guaranteed price of Retail less 2%. They did some tricky math (trying to hide it) and took the 2% off the lower dealer invoice price and applied that to the higher MSRP. Result was 1.14% off Retail. They then tried to justify it (I knew it was wrong because had done the same deal 12 months ago!). So, be careful!! More
