Stuff that they supposedly fixed last year already needs fixing again while barely driving car. Seems like they wait until things become a problem and then get you with big fixes rather preventing little on fixing again while barely driving car. Went in for a quick oil change. Greet by a friendly gentlemen who took my car key and gave me a card to bring in the service department. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had for a simple service. Simple oil change and oil was left on the hood of the car. Multipoint inspection says my coolant is ok, wipers, etc. Yet after I chec simple service. Simple oil change and oil was left on the hood of the car. Multipoint inspection says my coolant is ok, wipers, etc. Yet after I checked the coolant, the level was below minimum. As for wipers, it was a good thing I orders OEM wipers prior to visit since they didn’t bother to check they were original at 29,000 miles. Car rides much worse following the service than prior to bringing it in. Lastly, there was an issue with software when first getting car. Service manager at time Steve Bono said no matter what when bringing it in they would check for software and update at no cost. Now on last visit was told since past 3 years they will not update. WOW is all I can say! More
